This course is for students with a good command of English, particularly interested in getting rid off "False Friends", "Denglish" or Germanisms. You will be surprised how often you confuse words and think you are right, however, this was a false friend - just the wrong word. Furthermore we will read newspaper articles mainly dealing with financial and economic topics as well as intercultural differences. There will be grammar and vocabulary exercises - all in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Current newspaper articles and videoclips as well as grammar excercises will be provided.
